    Group Chief Executive Officer

    Keshav Murugesh serves as Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WNS. Based in Mumbai, Keshav is responsible for executing the business strategy, and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. He is a member of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council and has been the Chairman of Nasscom* for 2019-2020. He was also the Chairman of the Nasscom Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Keshav is a Member on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation that focuses on community-related projects, especially education for lesser-privileged children in WNS locations globally. Prior to WNS, he has held several leadership positions in global companies, including President and CEO, Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc). Keshav is a social evangelist, who introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and Nasscom. He was the founder Chairman of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) India, now known as Enactus, a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a recipient of the prestigious Chartered Accountants Business Achiever award, 2013. He has been honored as an 'Outstanding CEO' at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards, 2015. He has also won the coveted 'India Disruptor of the Year' award at the CNBC-TV18 India Business Leader Awards, 2018.

    R. Swaminathan (Swami) is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented operations. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Prior to WNS, Swami has held leadership positions at CA Technologies, he was the Head of HR at Syntel and has helmed diverse roles at GE spanning operations and sales. He is a change management coach and a keen practitioner of six sigma. Swami has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Madras.

    Sanjay Puria is the Chief Financial Officer, and leads the Global Finance and Information Technology functions. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' A large part of Sanjay's experience has been in the offshore services industry. Sanjay has held several leadership positions within WNS in the finance function. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Alpar Kamber is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units, including Hi-Tech and Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Products, and the Procurement Services function. He was the Founder and CEO of Denali Sourcing Services (now a part of WNS), a next-generation procurement services provider. Prior to Denali, Alpar held management positions at Ariba, FreeMarkets, Diamond Technology Partners and E&Y.

    Deepak Gupta is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units, including Travel & Leisure, Shipping & Logistics, and Energy & Utilities. He also leads the Digital Customer Experience capability for the organization. Prior to WNS, he has worked with Choice Hotels, IBM Daksh and Hutchison Essar.

Prior to WNS, Jason was on the founding team as CEO of Poplar, an integrated delivery system serving Medicare patients in five markets across the US. Jason has previously held several leadership positions at Anthem, Optum, McKesson-Allscripts and Wolters Kluwer Health.

Previously, he was WNS’ Chief Growth Officer, EMEA & APAC, and Head of International Operations and Delivery Centers. Prior to joining WNS, Nimesh held leadership roles at Capgemini UK, Syntel and ITC, an affiliate of BAT Plc.

    Yogendra (Yogi) leads the company’s efforts in developing and implementing new growth strategies globally. Yogi oversees the Sales and Strategy function and advisor relations. He is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing processes to support business growth by defining customer segments and new markets. Yogi brings proven capability in service delivery, transition, operations re-engineering, client management, pre-sales and sales. Before joining WNS, Yogi was with EXL, serving as Head of Sales for the Insurance and Healthcare verticals. He began his BPM career in 1999 with GE Capital and has managed operations for GE Australia.

He has been with WNS for more than a decade, and prior to this, he was with Andersen Consulting. Pervez is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

    Gopi Krishnan has decades of experience as in-house counsel, primarily in the IT industry. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Gopi provides legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, oversees the company's customer and vendor contracts, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, and areas around employment law. He has held several leadership positions in Infosys, IBM and corporate law firms. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University.

Previously, he was WNS’ Head of Transformation & Quality. Prior to WNS, Adrian held key portfolios at QBE Insurance. Before that, he was the Chief Data Officer for Suncorp Group in Australia.

    Akhilesh Ayer is the Head of WNS Triange (WNS’ Research, Analytics & AI Practice). While leading a specialized team of data scientists, data engineers and industry experts at WNS, he is responsible for enabling the data and analytics agenda in client organizations. Prior to WNS, Akhilesh was part of the formative team that set up the Research practice at GE’s Analytics Center of Excellence, which later became Genpact Analytics. Akhilesh has held key portfolios with McGladrey Capital Markets and CRISIL.

    Archana Raghuram leads Marketing, Employee Communications and Public Relations. She is responsible for driving WNS' end-to-end marketing strategy, sales enablement and brand management. She also spearheads the creation of compelling thought leadership for the company. Prior to WNS, Archana has worked with Oracle, and was a media journalist with leading Indian and international publications.

    Chris is the Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities vertical at WNS. He also manages the WNS South Africa business. Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste-to-energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.

    David Mackey is the Head of Investor Relations. He supports the company’s efforts across business strategy, capital markets and corporate finance. David has over 25 years of experience in the offshore services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, financial analysis, operations, business development, investor relations and equity capital markets. Prior to WNS, David held senior-level finance positions with Syntel and Unisys.

Prior to WNS, Gauri worked with Genpact, and was also a practicing dental surgeon for several years at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

    Gavin Atkinson leads WNS South Africa and is responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country. He has over two decades of experience in the BPM industry and has been instrumental in shaping WNS’ Customer Experience Services in South Africa. Prior to WNS, Gavin was the CEO of BankServAfrica’s Contact Center. He has previously served as Chairman of the Contact Center Management Group and a founding member of the industry body BPESA.

Venkatesh has spearheaded several innovations within WNS Vuram and successfully built its expertise across multiple emerging technologies such as BPM, RPA, ML, OCR, Document Processing AI, and Analytics. Prior to WNS Vuram, Venkatesh was the Director of International Services at the Appian Corporation.
