CO-CREATING LIVES – EDUCATE. EMPOWER. ENRICH

WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), the heart of WNS, enables passionate, like-minded volunteers to Educate, Empower and Enrich the lives of lesser privileged communities across the globe.

The force behind WCF is sheer enthusiasm and volunteering spirit underpinned by a shared sense of purpose. Our formidable army of 15,000 volunteers drives several programs to help children and youth re-imagine their lives.

From pilot programs at a few schools today, WCF has expanded its reach to impact more than 100,000 children from 248 schools across 12 countries.

WCF INTERACT is our platform to facilitate discussions between industry thought leaders, academicians, government officials, NGOs and technologists across countries. It aims at creating a larger social impact by nurturing today’s youth to build a future-ready talent pool.
