Adrian McKnight is the Chief Digital Officer and is responsible for driving WNS’ digital consulting and transformation agenda. Prior to that, he was WNS’ Head of Transformation & Quality. Prior to WNS, Adrian held key portfolios at QBE Insurance and was the Chief Data Officer for Suncorp Group in Australia.

Archana Raghuram leads Marketing, Employee Communications and Public Relations. She is responsible for driving WNS' end-to-end marketing strategy, sales enablement and brand management. She also spearheads the creation of compelling thought leadership for the company. Prior to WNS, Archana has worked with Oracle, and was a media journalist with leading Indian and international publications.

Chris is the Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities vertical at WNS. He also manages the WNS South Africa business. Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste-to-energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.

David Mackey is the Head of Investor Relations. He supports the company’s efforts across business strategy, capital markets and corporate finance. David has over 25 years of experience in the offshore services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, financial analysis, operations, business development, investor relations and equity capital markets. Prior to WNS, David held senior-level finance positions with Syntel and Unisys.

Gautam Singh is the Business Unit Head of WNS Analytics and the Co-founder & CEO of The Smart Cube, a WNS Company. He spent 20 years establishing and growing The Smart Cube (a research and analytics leader) before it was acquired by WNS. Prior to this, he worked for 10 years in management consulting and venture capital in Europe and the US. Gautam has held various roles, including positions at Coven Partners (London), A.T. Kearney (London), Mitsubishi Motors (India), and Cummins Engines (US). He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India.

Gavin Atkinson leads WNS South Africa and is responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country. He has over two decades of experience in the BPM industry and has been instrumental in shaping WNS’ Customer Experience Services in South Africa. Prior to WNS, Gavin was the CEO of BankServAfrica’s Contact Center. He has previously served as Chairman of the Contact Center Management Group and a founding member of the industry body BPESA.

Himanshu Bhardwaj is the Business Unit Head of Hi-Tech & Professional Services (HPS). He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Previously, he led WNS’ Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Products business unit. Prior to WNS, Himanshu donned multiple global and leadership roles in Xchanging plc (a DXC company), Cambridge Solutions Ltd. and FedEx.

Jaison Augustine is the Business Unit Head for Shipping & Logistics vertical at WNS. He has decades of experience in international shipping and logistics industries. Prior to WNS, Jaison worked with CP Ships and American President Lines.

Jay Venkateswaran is the Business Unit Head for Banking and Financial Services. He is responsible for the strategy, growth and financial performance of these businesses. Prior to joining WNS, he was with AT Kearney as Consulting Partner.

Jitender Mohan is the Business Unit Head of Travel and Hospitality. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Previously, he held several leadership roles in WNS, including leading the Hi-Tech & Professional Services business unit and the Customer Interaction Services (CIS) practice. He has decades of experience in the IT sector in various roles ranging from transformation, process re-engineering, and operations to sales and training. Before joining WNS, Jitender worked with GE / Genpact and IBM.

Manish Vora is the Business Unit Head of Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Products. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of these businesses. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Sales (Horizontal Offerings) at WNS. With a background in finance, Manish has decades of experience in outsourcing, consulting, risk management, investment banking and audit. Prior to WNS, Manish worked with Accenture, Outsource Partners International and ICICI.

Mita Gupta is the Business Unit Head of WNS Procurement. She is responsible for the business unit's strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance. Mita has decades of experience launching and scaling businesses within B2B services and technology domains. She has driven the rapid expansion of some of the most successful companies in the procurement and supply chain sectors across dozens of countries in North America, EMEA and APAC. Before WNS, Mita donned multiple global and leadership roles in Cprime, a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs and Everstone Capital; Globality, an AI-powered B2B autonomous sourcing platform; GEP Worldwide and Kearney.

Puneet Dikshit is the Head of the Global Insurance Business Unit at WNS. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of the business unit. Puneet has a proven track record of success, with over 25 years of experience in operations and customer relationship management in the US, UK and Australian markets. Prior to joining WNS, Puneet held leadership positions at global majors, including Citicorp Credit Services.

Suhrid Brahma is the Chief Technology Officer and heads all technology units, the Enterprise Applications Group and WNS Technology Services. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of WNS Vuram, a global provider of hyperautomation services specializing in low-code enterprise automation. He has decades of experience in the IT industry in various roles, including consulting. Prior to WNS, Suhrid worked with PwC, GE / Genpact, Deloitte and Wipro.

Sachin Bajaj is the CEO of WNS-Vuram, a global provider of hyperautomation services specializing in low-code enterprise automation. He is responsible for leading the operations and overseeing the performance of WNS-Vuram. Sachin has a proven track record of success, with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. He has steered the growth of businesses spanning digital, business process management and automation. He has also engaged with startups focused on eBanking, HealthTech and Finance Investments. Before joining WNS, Sachin worked with Persistent Systems and HCL Technologies.

Shea Helmle is the Chief Executive Officer of WNS-HealthHelp. He is responsible for the strategy, growth initiatives and financial performance of WNS-HealthHelp. Before WNS, Shea was the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Optum’s Payer Product and Growth Enablement division. Prior to joining Optum, he held key insurance leadership roles at Clover Health and Florida Blue.
