Keshav Murugesh serves as Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WNS. Based in London, Keshav is responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. He is the Chairman of The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) UK India Business Forum (IBF). He has been closely associated with NASSCOM, the apex industry body for Indian IT and Business Process Management (BPM) companies, in various capacities — Chairperson of NASSCOM (2019-20), Chairperson of the Business Process Management (BPM) Council (2015-17), and currently, as a member of the National Executive Council. He was also the Chairman of the NASSCOM Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Keshav is an active Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council and G100 member. He is a Member of the Board of WNS Cares Foundation (WCF), which focuses on the education and empowerment of lesser-privileged children in WNS locations globally. Prior to WNS, he held several leadership positions in global companies, including President and CEO of Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc). Keshav is a social evangelist who introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and NASSCOM. He is the Co-chief mentor of Kalpataru Center of Entrepreneurship (CoE), which was established under the guidance of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. He was the Founder Chairman of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) India, now known as Enactus, a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Keshav has been recognized as a ‘Mega Icon’ by the National Geographic Channel. He was also recognized as the ‘Executive of the Year’ at the 2019 Stevie International Business Awards and as one of the ‘Most Influential Business Leaders of Asia’ by The Economic Times in 2019. He is a recipient of the CNBC-TV18 India Business Leader Award and was named CNBC Asia’s ‘India Disruptor of the Year’ in 2018. He was also honored with the Amity Global Corporate Leadership Excellence Award in 2023. Arijit Sen is the Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at WNS, Arijit has managed each of the company’s corporate finance functions, including Treasury, FP&A, M&A, Tax and Controllership. Prior to joining WNS, Arijit worked at Accenture as a management consultant in corporate strategy and business transformation. Before that, he worked with Citibank and ABN Amro Bank in their Corporate and Retail banking functions respectively. Arijit has an MBA from The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India and a Bachelors degree from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi, India.

Swaminathan Rajamani (Swami) is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented operations. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Prior to WNS, Swami has held leadership positions at CA Technologies, he was the Head of HR at Syntel and has helmed diverse roles at GE spanning operations and sales. He is a change management coach and a keen practitioner of six sigma. Swami has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Madras.

Anil is responsible for all key growth initiatives of the Company as identified by the CEO. These include strategic Sales and relationship impact, M&A, as well as Geographical growth initiatives. Anil is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, and has a Masters in Industrial Engineering (Robotics, AI & SCM) from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). Anil has authored a technology book on supply chain management and enterprise resource planning published by John Wiley & Sons. He also leads the Digital Customer Experience capability for the organization. Prior to WNS, he has worked with Choice Hotels, IBM Daksh and Hutchison Essar.
Chief Business Officer, Healthcare and Life Sciences
Dr. Gauri Puri is the Chief Business Officer for the Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Unit at WNS. In this role, she is responsible for executing business strategy and driving the overall growth and performance of WNS Healthcare and Life Sciences business units, including WNS-HealthHelp, a utilization management company. Dr. Gauri has been an integral part of WNS for nearly two decades, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and BFSI sectors. Her extensive leadership background includes various roles within WNS, contributing significantly to the organization's success. Before joining WNS, Dr. Gauri worked with a leading IT & BPM company and also served as a dental surgeon at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Gopi Krishnan has decades of experience as an in-house counsel, primarily in the IT industry. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Gopi provides legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, oversees the company's customer and vendor contracts, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, and areas around employment law. Additionally, Gopi is responsible for WNS’ global sustainability strategy, which includes ensuring environmental stewardship, effective social practices and robust governance frameworks. He has held several leadership positions in Infosys, IBM and corporate law firms. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University.

Krishnan Raghunathan is the Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A) practice and operations at WNS. He also oversees International Operations and Delivery Centers. Krishnan has decades of experience across F&A, BPM, Sales Solutions and Capability functions. Prior to WNS, Krishnan held several key roles at Genpact. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Chief Risk Officer
Pervez Workingboxwalla currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer for the WNS Group. His primary responsibilities include developing and implementing risk intelligent solutions for supporting decision making in alignment with organizational objectives as well as delivering assurance towards efficient and effective implementation of corporate wide policies. Pervez is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and has nearly three decades of experience in designing and deploying risk management and assurance programs. Pervez has previously worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in the Advisory and Risk Consulting practices.

Sanjay Jain supports the organization and clients in large and transformative deals. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council,' and assists with the development and positioning of new capabilities and technologies. Prior to WNS, Srini was with Ernst & Young Global (EY). During his 25 years at EY, Srini has been a member of the global organization’s apex leadership, strategy and steering groups across the business. His most recent roles include being Global Vice Chair of EY’s market-leading Global Delivery Services business and Deputy Chairman of EY’s Global Emerging Markets Committee.

Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste-to-energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.

David Mackey is the Head of Investor Relations. He supports the company’s efforts across business strategy, capital markets and corporate finance. David has over 25 years of experience in the offshore services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, financial analysis, operations, business development, investor relations and equity capital markets. Prior to WNS, David held senior-level finance positions with Syntel and Unisys.

Gautam Singh is the Business Unit Head of WNS Analytics and the Co-founder & CEO of The Smart Cube, a WNS Company. He spent 20 years establishing and growing The Smart Cube (a research and analytics leader) before it was acquired by WNS. Prior to this, he worked for 10 years in management consulting and venture capital in Europe and the US. Gautam has held various roles, including positions at Coven Partners (London), A.T. Kearney (London), Mitsubishi Motors (India), and Cummins Engines (US). He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India.

Gavin Atkinson leads WNS South Africa and is responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country.
