BE A PROUD VOLUNTEER IN CO-CREATING LIVES

WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) gives you the power and opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives. It is the heart of WNS, and you will work passionately alongside like-minded colleagues to Educate, Empower and Enrich the lives of lesser privileged children and youth across the globe.

Our volunteer employees are the force behind WCF. As a volunteer, you will carry a shared sense of purpose, contribute ideas, energy and time to build a better tomorrow. All our volunteers take time off their busy lives to serve the community, and participate in teaching, sports, arts, and mentoring.

From pilot programs at a few schools in India, WCF has expanded its reach today to impact more than 100,000 children from 240 schools in 10 countries.

WCF’s programs focus on imparting holistic education and not mere academic knowledge. You will play a vital role in equipping children with life skills that will give them equal opportunities to fulfill their dreams, and address challenges of the real world.

WCF INTERACT is our platform to facilitate discussions between thought leaders across industries, academicians, government officials, NGOs and technologists. This aims to create a larger social impact to better nurture the country’s talent pool and to create winning outcomes for tomorrow.
