Maritza Piedra Mendez aligns her success with the growth of WNSI’ve been with WNS for 22 months, ever since one of our clients partnered with us in Costa Rica. I first started as an agent, and a year later I was promoted as a lead coach. It has been a very rewarding experience. Not only as a supervisor but also in our daily lives, there is always a need to learn how to deal with different types of people and a very important point is the way we deliver the information. What keeps me motivated is seeing WNS grow from two accounts to the current six accounts. Being proactive, meeting and exceeding expectations, and full availability have helped me grow with WNS. As part of the activities, WNS allows employees to wear jeans on Fridays and holidays, and when the national soccer team plays. I really appreciate the opportunity I have had to be a part of the WNS team.
Maritza Piedra Mendez, Lead Coach. Costa Rica
Rocio Suarez Garcia feels motivated be a part of WNSI’ve been working for WNS since April 25, 2011; fifteen months ago I came here with a positive mind to grow. I feel motivated to be part of a company like this one. It is a pleasure to put my efforts and all my past experience to learn something new to grow in and to create a better environment in the workplace. During these fifteen months, I’ve been learning, first as a Front Line Agent with an excellent customer service and then as Quality Assurance, helping my co-workers to improve their customer service and their procedures. In WNS, I’ve learned how to understand different cultures, thoughts and feelings. All these aspects are so important to create a very good environment. I think this is a company, which offers a lot of opportunities to grow in both fields – personal and professional.
Rocio Suarez Garcia, Agent. Quality Assurance. Costa Rica

It has maintained my interest level and maintained a constant learning. I have been given opportunities that though challenging always brought out the best in me. I have always had great supervisor, managers and colleagues. I have seen changes in teams and supervisors, but luckily all the people I have worked have been extremely supportive. I don’t think I would have received such effective mentoring in any other organization.

Mirela Pusca describes the growth opportunities at WNSIn WNS, I have found myself in a modern and well-structured organization that has helped me upgrade my career, and develop my interpersonal and professional skills. My previous experience coupled with the well-organized trainings at WNS has helped me to grow quickly from an AP agent into a much more complex role within the Supplier-Query Team. The multi-cultural environment, friendly people and intercultural exchanges have helped me to develop new personal skills.
Apart from work, WNS employees are engaged by the yearly team buildings, which ensure a friendly environment and a good communication between colleagues.
Mirela Pusca, Analyst. DBU. Romania
Ioana Voiculescu recollects her journey with prideI joined WNS in 2008 as a Customer Service Agent for the very first process in the Bucharest Operations Center. Because of my love for working with people, motivating them and leading them to success, I was offered the role of a Shift Lead in 2010. I helped our Team Lead in coordinating the team`s activities and looking after the overall process. Those were difficult times because there were very few agents and the call volume was high, but I managed to help the team make it through. There, I also learned a lot about decision-making, motivating people, and resource planning among other things. Soon thereafter, I was offered the chance to lead the team of which I have been a part of for three years already. It was a challenging task. But the management team`s support has been crucial. They understood me and motivated me to move forward, to do the things better and to develop myself. I’m well-adjusted to this role now. The team members, veterans and new joiners alike support my work and together we offer very good results to our client. I am now working on developing the team, the process, and contributing to the WNS vision: to become the fastest growing BPO.
Ioana Voiculescu, Team Lead. Retail. Romania
Eugene Ireland labels WNS as a home away from homeI have been with WNS for the last eight years. The overall exposure to business and people has been my greatest takeaway till date as it has made me a contributing individual in all spheres. The opportunity and warmth that is associated with all folks at WNS is amazing – It’s contagious and fully appreciated – home away from home.
Eugene Ireland, Group Manager. Training. India
Pavan Reddy cherishes his 51/2 years at WNSI have been with WNS for five years and eight months, and I have seen immense growth both on professional and personal fronts. On the professional front, I have had two promotions until this time – from Claims Analyst to Lead Coach Training to Assistant Manager Operations. I believe that an employee cannot move up the growth ladder unless they groom themselves to the next role. Thankfully, I have been allowed that opportunity by the Learning Academy (Eugene Ireland) and my supportive managers.
Pavan Reddy, Assistant Manager. Training. India
Tudor Popa owes it all to the WNS familyI joined WNS when its first European delivery center in Bucharest was launched. I had the opportunity to work closely with the Center’s head, Mr. Akos Csernus and an amazing set of people. We were a group of 12 and we called ourselves ‘The Dirty Dozen’. In 2009, I started working in Market Research and moved up from an analyst to coordinating the team throughout the years and lost count along the way of all the interesting things I acquired both personally and professionally, together with my colleagues, client and the extended WNS Family.
The opportunities, the environment and the people of WNS made me stay and continue to make me want to stay for longer. WNS is its people, and when people get together and set their mind on achieving things, things do happen. Going for success is what I see motivates people the most. As long as you manage to share a common vision, share efforts, sweat and tears you’re bound to share the joy of accomplishing what you’ve set your mind for.
Tudor Popa, Senior Associate. CPS. Romania
Radu Borcea gives a gist on life in WNSI came to WNS knowing few things about Office Management and now I am spearheading everything related to Customer Visits and Internal Events. I would describe my relationship with WNS as a marriage in its terrible twos: full of love and support, rough around the edges but still fresh. Support is one of three things that have helped my growth. At WNS no idea is a bad idea. At WNS your ideas just flow. The other two “fertilizers” that have stimulated my growth are my boss and the training platform. We try to implement or sustain as many activities as we can, but still the main attractions would be the annual Team Building Event and the Christmas Party. Something to look forward to at team levels are definitely the fun at Work Days implemented by the client, the Facilities and Finance Informal Deep Dives, that happens every Friday or the Secret Santa event for the Support Functions.
Radu Borcea, Senior Executive. Facilities. Romania
Allan Sethi masters different skills at WNSI joined as a Junior Executive in April 2007 and have grown to the role of Deputy Manager. As a person, I can easily say that after five long years, with the development in my roles I have also polished myself as an individual in various skills including client interaction, vendor management, management reporting, team playing, decision-making, rapport building and interviewing. In addition, I have also received hands-on training in quality tools like LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, which I get to use not only in my current work profile but also in day-to-day life.
Allan Sethi, Deputy Manager. Human Resources. India
